A series of confidential stakeholder marketing audits for Vodafone’s GET IoT Technology Division. Reviewing all internal communications and management systems within the organisation, covering geographically dispersed personnel. Implemented Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) included new smartphone app, comprehensive intranet delivery channel to assist both ‘Day 1 on-boarding’ and existing staff. All information and documentation systems supported by a centralised document repository.
